Where we ship

We ship to addresses across Canada and to select international destinations. The shipping options available for your location are shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. Any applicable taxes are also calculated at checkout. From time to time we run free-shipping promotions - these will be announced on our site and applied automatically or via a discount code at checkout.

Processing time

Many of our products are made to order by our print partners. We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Delivery dates are estimates - delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or high seasonal volumes.

Tracking your order

Every shipped order includes tracking. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us at mcgregorclanclothing@gmail.com and we will look into it.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at mcgregorclanclothing@gmail.com with your order number and photos (for damage). We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

International orders, customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees set by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
