Social Media and Content Marketing Intern (Remote)

We are McGregor Clan, a Sovereign owned e-commerce business and we are looking for a Social Media Intern to create and publish social media content throughout the various social channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram. Our Social Media Intern's responsibilities include creating and promoting content on social media platforms.

The internship will provide a rewarding opportunity for a student considering a career in marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing, communications or public relations.

The Social Media Interns’ responsibilities include creating and promoting our content on social media sites; interacting with followers daily, and growing influencer relations.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with digital publishing and increasing social media engagement; generating traffic and leads for new business. Please share samples of your work along with your resume and cover letter.

The Social Media Intern will help us reach our target audience by delivering both useful and appealing online information about our company and products specifically through social media.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the growth and expansion of the Sovereign McGregor Clan brand by raising awareness through various social media platforms and sales channels.

Collaborate with the team to create a plan for social media marketing strategies.

Assist in the launching of new sales channels and the promotion of our business campaign.

Monitor postings to ensure brand message is in sync with the terminology used to images posted.

Provide suggestions for improving customer experience on social platforms.

Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages

Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, as well as expanding our presence on other popular social media sites.

Help create content as directed to promote sales, blogs and products.

Assist in image manipulation for marketing efforts.

Assist in creating content for the McGregor Clan Clothing blog.

Miscellaneous research projects as needed.

This opportunity is 100% remote and is an commission paid opportunity and there may be an opportunity to receive bonuses if business sales are generated and followers are increased based in part by your efforts.
