Our promise

If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Free return shipping

Return shipping is on us. Email us at info@mcgregorclan.ca with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Pack the item(s), attach the label, and drop the parcel off with the carrier.

Restocking fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund. This covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking.

Sale items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Defective or damaged items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@mcgregorclan.ca with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund - no restocking fee, and return shipping on us.

How refunds are issued

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund (minus the restocking fee where applicable) to your original payment method within 10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's processed. Please allow your bank or card issuer additional time to post it.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct size or color exchanges. To get a different size or color, return the item for a refund under this policy and place a new order.

How to start a return

Email info@mcgregorclan.ca with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
We'll reply with your prepaid return shipping label (usually within 1-2 business days, Monday-Friday).
Pack the item(s) securely, attach the label, and ship within 7 days of receiving the label.

Fulfillment center — private location

Orders are fulfilled from our storage and logistics operations in Erin. For privacy and security, fulfillment locations are not published. McGregor Clan Clothing is an online store and logistics hub, not open to the public, and we do not accept walk-ins. All correspondence goes to McGregor Clan Clothing, P.O. Box 582, Erin, Ontario N0B 1T0, Canada.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses across Canada and to select international destinations. The shipping options available for your location are shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping rates

Shipping is a flat C$10.00 anywhere in Canada and a flat C$20.00 for international orders, charged at checkout. Canadian orders of C$75.00 or more ship free. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Processing time

Many of our products are made to order by our print partners. We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Delivery dates are estimates - delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or high seasonal volumes.

Tracking your order

Every shipped order includes tracking. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us at info@mcgregorclan.ca and we will look into it.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at info@mcgregorclan.ca with your order number and photos (for damage). We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

International orders, customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees set by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
