Our promise

If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Free return shipping

Return shipping is on us. Email us at mcgregorclanclothing@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Pack the item(s), attach the label, and drop the parcel off with the carrier.

Restocking fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund. This covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking.

Sale items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Defective or damaged items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery at mcgregorclanclothing@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund - no restocking fee, and return shipping on us.

How refunds are issued

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund (minus the restocking fee where applicable) to your original payment method within 10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's processed. Please allow your bank or card issuer additional time to post it.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct size or color exchanges. To get a different size or color, return the item for a refund under this policy and place a new order.

How to start a return

Email mcgregorclanclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
We'll reply with your prepaid return shipping label (usually within 1-2 business days, Monday-Friday).
Pack the item(s) securely, attach the label, and ship within 7 days of receiving the label.
