2. Your piece is made — 7 to 10 business days
Once you check out, production begins. Making, finishing, polishing, and quality-checking a piece properly takes 7–10 business days before shipping. That time is not a delay — it is the work: setting stones securely, finishing edges smoothly, and checking clasps, posts, and polish so your piece arrives ready to wear every day.
3. Quality check before it leaves
Before shipping, each piece is inspected for finish, stone security, and clasp or backing function. If it does not pass, it does not ship. This final check is a big reason made-to-order is worth the wait compared with mass-produced pieces made months earlier in bulk.
